Milestone Coaching & Consulting Ltd is a coaching company that helps to create organizations where everyone wants to do their best.
What?
Our coaching themes include: executive group management, change management, leadership and collaboration, sales, customer service, well-being at the workplace, self-understanding and self-development.
Whatever the goal of an organisation is regarding these themes, at the end each organisation will end up dealing with same core issues. Changing the way of processing emotions within the working community, the quantity and quality of feedback, increasing team coaching and active interaction are the core issues that will increase the successful management of change and prosperity. A healthy organisation and the wellbeing of the people working for it are a prerequisite for effective business operations.
The common denominator in all of our coach themes is the encounter of individuals.
