We believe that each individual within an organisation is valuable and unique and has significant responsibilities within the company, not forgetting that each individual is an emotional human being. This conception of human influence effects the way we believe people should be heard, how we should take the diversity of individuals into account, how the responsibility of an individual channels his actions and how the way different people interpret different situations affect the way they function.
